Running Journal

I think I want to try to start writing a running journal, and I figure the best place to do it is here.  I have been running on a 'Build to 20 Miles/Week' running plan for the last two and a half weeks.  It is a 10 week plan that goes from doing 9 miles the first week to 20 miles in the last week.  The first week I did 9 miles; last week I did 10.  I'm slated for 12 this week and am on track to get it.  My next posts are going to have my thoughts about not only the miles ran, but my thoughts during the miles.  Kind of a confessions-of-a-runner sort of thing.  Hope it works out!
